The client contacted Window Energy Solutions because these very high end residential apartments all had “Winter Gardens” facing East towards St.Kilda Road. These areas were simply too hot to be used but the Body Corporate did not want or would not allow reflective or dark films to be installed. Using Solargard Sterling 50 window film, the appearance of this iconic building was not altered significantly and the residents are now able to use their ‘Winter Gardens’ as intended.
